Position Information
Belrose Public School currently has an enrolment of 167 students and is located on the northern beaches of Sydney. General Selection Criteria
Specific Selection Criteria
1.Demonstrated experience as a collaborative leader who supports staff in effectively implementing explicit teaching practices in numeracy and literacy, leading curriculum planning and assessment processes that incorporate differentiation strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
2.Demonstrated deep understanding of current evidence-based practices in effective instruction and data analysis with proven ability to lead, inspire, coach, and build the capacity of a team of teachers by using student data to inform teaching practices, drive instructional improvement, and enhance student learning outcomes.
3.Strong interpersonal skills with students and the community and proven ability to collaborate effectively with all staff and as a member of the executive team while successfully balancing dual teaching and leadership responsibilities.
4.Experience and willingness to lead and participate in extracurricular initiatives and programs across the whole school.
Conditions
An unconditional full approval to teach is a requirement. If you do not hold a full approval to teach with the NSW Department of Education, you are required to commence the application process at the same time as you apply for this teaching opportunity.
