APPLICATIONS MANAGER

The Applications Manager reporting to the Deputy Director School Services has responsibility for project managing application upgrades and implementation essential to achieve organisational efficiency and effectiveness. The Applications Manager has responsibility for vendor relationship management and monitoring, maintaining and managing configuration upgrades required by stakeholders and end users.

Essential Criteria:

• Project Management skill and expertise with Excellent track record of achieving required deadlines.
• Possess excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Familiarity with Finance and payroll systems.
• Proven track record of reviewing and optimizing Software Applications
• Strong leadership skills with highly developed communication skills including the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.
• Ability to work in an environment that includes workers of varying ethnic and cultural backgrounds including in regional and remote locations of the NT.
• Driver's license.
• Current Working with Children Check Ochre Card
• Experience in SaaS ERP systems and platforms
• Knowledge of advanced systems analysis methods, practices, and principles
