About the Role:

The Administration Officer is responsible for providing efficient, client focused administrative services to support program delivery, staff, and partner organisations. The role requires strong organisational capability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
You will support student administration processes, maintain accurate records, contribute to system management, and assist with administrative projects and continuous improvement initiatives. The position works closely with teaching staff, leadership, and external stakeholders to ensure processes meet operational and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate student enrolment and induction processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with RTO requirements.
  • Maintain and support the learner management system, including data integrity and reporting functions.
    Provide professional and timely responses to enquiries via phone and email.
  • Prepare, manage, and maintain documentation, records, and educational resources.
  • Support compliance related administrative activities, including data entry and audit preparation.
  • Assist with small scale projects, system improvements, and process enhancements.
  • Liaise effectively with staff, leadership, and external stakeholders to support program delivery.

About You:

  • Demonstrated experience with digital platforms, databases, learner management systems, Microsoft Excel and standard office systems.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.
  • Well developed communication and documentation skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and quality service delivery.
  • Experience in an education or training environment is desirable.
