About the Role:

Working closely with the administration team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the administration office.

Your ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism will be essential to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing administrative support to the Leadership team
  • Maintaining records, databases, and student information systems
  • Liaising with staff, students, parents, and external stakeholders
  • Administering first aid and dispensing medication
  • Supporting faculties with administrative tasks, including ordering goods, photocopying, and data entry
  • Backup for supervisions as and when required
  • Assisting with continuous improvement initiatives and administrative processes as required
