World Teachers’ Day in Australia is on Friday 29 October 2021, a bit later than the international day due to our school holidays. It’s a chance to celebrate teaching and for communities to thank teachers.
Celebrate the day by posting a photo in your sunglasses on social media, either on your own or with your colleagues. Be sure to use the hashtag #BrightFuture and tag @aitsl. You may want to use the fun virtual photo booth to take your photo, available at www.worldteachersday.edu.au from 14 October.
