Stockinbingal Public School (TP1) is located 55 km south-west of Young and 35 km east of Temora in the South West Slopes of the Riverina New South Wales. There are 18 students enrolled at the school currently in two cross–stage classes, K-2 and Years 3-6, which provides an opportunity for highly individualised and differentiated learning programs to suit each learners' development.
As an Early Action for Success school there is a focus on teaching and learning cycles using data from the literacy and numeracy progressions, with PLAN2 being used to track and promote student learning.
The school has an emphasis on quality teaching and learning, high expectations of all students and collaborative relationships with all learning partners
A strong and genuine bond between the staff, students and parents ensures our school maintains a positive, nurturing environment where the academic, social and emotional growth of every child is the focus. Parents value the small, inclusive yet differentiated learning environment offered by the small school setting. The school has an active P&C committee who are committed to supporting the students.
