Lake Munmorah High School is a modern comprehensive 7-12
school with 730 students including 81 Aboriginal students. The school includes
a support unit for students with identified Autism Spectrum Disorders,
Emotional Disturbances and intellectual disabilities. The school has a strong
and active Parents and Citizens Association that supports school initiatives
and appreciate the effective support and guidance provided to their children in
selecting appropriate educational and vocational pathways. The school is an
active member of the Lakes Learning Community having established a strong
partnerships with its partner schools. The school is a member of the Muru Bulbi
AECG.
