Financial Security
Educating Adventures Limited has an Air Travel Organisers License (ATOL) with the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). Educating Adventures Limited ATOL number is ATOL 9231. ATOL protects customers from losing money or being stranded abroad. It does this by carrying out checks on the tour operators and travel organisers it licenses and requiring a financial guarantee called a bond. If a tour operator goes out of business the CAA will make a refund to the customer or if the customer is abroad they will arrange for the customer to finish their holiday and fly home.

Many of the flights and flight-inclusive holidays on this website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. But ATOL protection does not apply to all holiday and travel services listed on this website. Please ask us to confirm what protection may apply to your booking. If you do not receive an ATOL Certificate then the booking will not be ATOL protected. If you do receive an ATOL Certificate but all the parts of your trip are not listed on it, those parts will not be ATOL protected. Please see our booking conditions for information, or for more information about financial protection and the ATOL Certificate click here.

Depending on your budget and desired learning objectives, Educating Adventures can work with you to develop a suitable itinerary. Our longstanding relationships with suppliers allow us to negotiate on your behalf to ensure the best rates on accommodation, transport, meals and activities.

"Once again, thank you to EA for organising this really wonderful tour for our boys and staff. Last year was my 30th year of continuous teaching of secondary science and the NASA tour was probably the highlight, personally for me, in my teaching career!"
Mr. Gary Foster, Guildford Grammar, Western Australia

"An efficiently organised week, from pre visit emails and itineraries through to a very fun busy week, staff were fun, knowledgeable of the area and even organised for the sun to shine – fab!"
Ms. Sarah Wood, Dulwich College, UK

"We flew into Queenstown with incredible views of New Zealand’s Southern Alps. The next day we could not have had better skiing conditions and the activities were a blast; Jet boating, Gondola ride and luge track. In all the trip cannot be explained in any other terms than spectacular. We are already lining up for next year. A massive thank you to the team at Educating Adventures for making it an enormous success and an experience I shall never forget."
Mr. Justin Creighton, Head of Physical Education, Reddam House School, Sydney, Australia
