Blacktown South Public School

Blacktown South Public School has an enrolment of 1100 students from diverse socio-economic backgrounds. This includes 95% of students from a non-English speaking background and twenty-four Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students. The school has two opportunity classes and has a strong focus on literacy, numeracy, technology, sport and the performing arts. Blacktown South Public School has a team of dedicated staff committed to working collaboratively to provide quality teaching and learning programs. The staff and parents enjoy a positive relationship, and the Parents and Citizen’s Association is active within the school.
