The Association of School Business Administrators Limited represents associations of business administrators who are employed in non-government schools throughout Australia and New Zealand.

ASBA Limited is made up of eight regionally-based incorporated associations, or Chapters, in the Australian Capital Territory, New South Wales, New Zealand, Queensland, South Australia / Northern Territory, Tasmania, Victoria and Western Australia with more than 1,300 members.
ASBA’s standing committees include the Executive Committee, the Finance, Risk and Audit Committee, the National Conference Committee and the Professional Development Committee.
Various national and international organisations have links and strategic alliances with ASBA Limited, or its Chapters.
