Internationally renowned performing ensemble Taikoz presents The Beauty Of 8, featuring Guest Artists dancer-drummer Chieko Kojima of the famed KODO taiko group and Shakuhachi Grand Master Riley Lee. This production pulsates with energy and balances the Yin and Yang through the mystical vibrations of Chieko’s Shinto-inspired dance and Riley’s unearthly shakuhachi, and the sonic boom of six Odaiko Grand Drums.

The Beauty Of 8 shines a light on Chieko’s powerful, mesmerising Beauty of Figure-Of-Eight taiko-drumming – is it dance, is it drumming?
