Twenty years ago, eggs were out of favour health-wise and we were told to eat no more than two a week. Now several decades of research have seen the official line on eggs shift considerably. Experts, including those at the National Heart Foundation, say eggs are so packed with goodness, many of us would benefit from eating more.
