Everyone is talking about resilience and living a life high on wellbeing these days. It has almost reached saturation point and yet, despite some very superficial and Instagram meme-worthy pronouncements, we perhaps haven’t really explored why it’s important for us and how to go about creating a lifestyle which acts as a vaccination of sorts from the inevitable challenges that come our way.
