WA joins other states with new initiatives to crack down on vaping in schools

The Western Australian Government is introducing a range of strong new measures to address the ever-increasing prevalence of vaping in schools.

Queensland Government data shows drug-related suspensions have more than doubled at public schools in the past five years in that state. In 2022, there were 8654 drug-related suspensions and exclusions in the state - in 2017, there were 3143.
