Union accuses for-profit ECEC providers of wage theft, tax avoidance

The United Workers Union (UWU) is accusing for-profit early learning providers of “siphoning off” money and avoiding tax.

In October, UWU released a report slamming for-profit ECEC providers over safety and quality issues.
