Timely VR wellbeing program lifts students
At Maitland Grossmann High School, north of Newcastle, students’ emotional wellbeing has become a major focus – so much so that the school has introduced a virtual reality wellbeing program in place of existing lessons.
Each WISE lesson runs from 45 minutes to an hour, and teaches students important mindfulness and self-reflection techniques.
