Students benefit from program that combines yoga with Aboriginal culture

A team of volunteers are bringing a yoga and mindfulness program to one of Australia’s most remote communities to help support Aboriginal students’ emotional and physical wellbeing.

Through yoga and breathing techniques, students learn about emotion regulation, including dealing with stress and anxiety.
