Second Victorian exam ‘stuff-up’ sparks request for VCAA investigation

An investigation has been ordered into another Victorian exam blunder that has attracted the ire of the state's education minister.

Multiple errors have been identified in this year's VCE exams, including the specialist maths exam and chemistry.

Six students received the wrong Chinese language VCE exam last week, Education Minister Ben Carroll has confirmed.
