A growing number of teachers have reached out to support author David Gillespie, whose book, TEEN BRAIN: Why screens are making your teenager depressed, anxious and prone to lifelong addictive illnesses – and how to stop it now, was released in March this year.

David Gillespie’s book TEEN BRAIN dives deeply into the research, showing adolescents’ brains are very impressionable when using electronic screens.
