Schools are often a central hub of the community, with everything from school fetes, to religious services, to weekend sporting games all taking place on the site. Access to a school property is usually highly visible to the public, which means vandalism easily becomes an issue for most, if not all, school communities who bear the financial burden of the behaviour.
