Rewards: what works for middle school and high school students

What do you do when stickers, snacks, and extra recess stop being effective? Just like their younger counterparts, rewards work very well for middle and high school students. The challenge is finding rewards that motivate rather than those that garner eye rolls. The following incentives and rewards are ideal for older students.
