QCAA stands by brochure appearing to show offensive gesture

A brochure distributed to Queensland schools by the Queensland Curriculum and Assessment Authority (QCAA) appears to feature an offensive hand gesture on the front cover.

QCAA does not believe that the gesture, visible in the bottom right of this image, is intentional.
