PD - the good, the bad and the ugly
Few would question the desirability of professionals up-skilling and keeping up with the latest developments in their field. I would hope the last journal my doctor read was not at medical school. However, I must admit that too much that has masqueraded as professional development in my 45 years in the game has not been much use.
