Out of the devastation of tiny Clifton Creek Primary School being burnt down in the East Gippsland bushfires of 2020, a new school has emerged, reborn as a trail-blazing example of cutting-edge architecture, while also being lovingly respectful in acknowledging and embracing the First Nations peoples of the area.
Clifton Creek Primary School’s new campus took out the Minister’s award and also Best School Project – Below $5 Million at last month’s Victorian School Design Awards.
