Have you ever found yourself dreaming of being somewhere far off and exotic while slaving away at school or work? Like most of us Dan Sartor did, but unlike many, Sartor turned his dreams into reality. Once a humble pastry chef in Wollongong, Sartor traded in his rolling pin for a one-way ticket to Europe and now finds himself hopping between quaint French chateaus and sizzling Greek islands working as an on-site team member with Contiki.
