Having commenced as Head of St Michael’s Grammar School on January 1, 2018, Mrs Terrie Jones discusses the transition to her new role and how Appreciative Inquiry has helped her gain a deeper understanding of the School from the perspective of the staff, reaffirming all the positives that exist in the St Michael’s approach to teaching, learning and caring, and providing an opportunity to dream together about what could be.
