Life balance is key to happiness for teachers

Recently I have been prompted to think about teachers and teaching from a relatively fresh perspective. I have arrived at the realisation that teachers show incredible loyalty to the profession and education system, often beyond what we may see in other fields.

Teachers stick at their roles, many working from the end of university to retirement in the profession, never stepping outside ...
