Knowledge-hungry teachers down for new free phonics course

More than 4,300 teachers from across the country have registered their interest in upskilling in phonics via a new and free microcredential course, the Government reports.

The phonics course is self-paced, and qualifications will offer participants a potential credit pathway towards postgraduate study with the university’s School of Education.
