Isolation period for unvaccinated Vic kids halved

Young Victorian students who can’t yet be vaccinated will be able to return to school earlier after being identified as primary close contacts of COVID cases.

The rapid antigen tests can return a result for COVID-19 in 15-30 minutes.

Free, at-home rapid antigen tests will be offered to unvaccinated students who have to isolate from school.
