Inclusive education the exception not the norm: experts weigh in on royal commission
The Royal Commission into Violence, Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation of People with Disability has commenced today, and experts have weighed in ahead of the first hearing.
"The Royal Commission is starting with education because research shows that it is where a life of inclusion or segregation begins, and that an inclusive education is superior to all other forms of education," Professor Linda Graham said.
