Improving science education in Australia: Eric Mazur offers his formula

While we may be in the 21st Century, according to world-leading scientist and physics educator Eric Mazur, the modern day approach to teaching is still essentially steeped in medieval tradition. If Australia wants to improve students’ results in science, we need to get with the times.

This was the message the Harvard University professor delivered to delegates at the Physics Congress in Brisbane this week.
