Ice epidemic a major challenge for schools

Ice. Sounds cool and refreshing, but in the context I have in mind it is positively chilling. I am referring to the ice epidemic sweeping our nation, which I believe will come to have a profound impact on secondary schools.

‘Epidemic’ is a strong word, maybe I have over-estimated the problem, but regardless, ice use is a major social issue ...
