Huanui College, a small rural school which lies just outside of Whangārei was forced to close for three days as Cyclone Gabrielle swept the region in February. For these students, like many others across the storm battered North Island, the beginning of Term 1 has come with disruption, fear, anxiety and a whole range of other emotions.
