I realise that already countless people have switched off having read ‘Risk Management’ in the heading and are now watching a video of a fat cat sipping milk from a bowl. I’ve been an outdoor education teacher for 24 years. I’ve planned and run activities across five states of Australia and the US. I’ve worked in coastal, remote, wilderness and alpine environments.
