Hospitality students up to the challenge

The Hotel Management Institute (HMI) and McCarthy Catholic College again combined to present the HMI Challenge to Years 11 and 12 Hospitality students from Western Sydney and the Blue Mountains. HMI is part of the Escarpment Group of 5 Star Hotels, Lillianfels, Echoes, Parklands and the iconic Hydro Majestic.
