Professional development is also on offer with all materials endorsed by each state's provider in many instances, helping teachers achieve credit towards their Teaching Standards as outlined by the Australian Institute for Teaching and School Leadership (AITSL).
Schools are able to apply for funding through the Australian Sports Commission Sporting Schools initiative to help establish their program.
