Give teachers vaccine priority: Independent Education Union

The Independent Education Union of Australia (IEUA) NSW/ACT Branch has joined calls for teachers and other school staff to be given priority access to COVID vaccinations.

Global teachers’ union federation Education International has also been pushing for teachers to be given vaccinations.

IEUA branch secretary Mark Northam said that vaccinating teachers early will benefit the entire community.
