Tess Molina always knew she wanted to be a teacher at some point, so after several years working in function management and pining for her weekends, she realised the time had come. Now, in her first year of teaching food technology at Mentone Girls' Secondary College, she is relishing the chance to pass on her love of food, cooking and nutrition to her students.
