Enhancing the skills of your staff
Over the past few columns, I’ve attempted to map out how schools can move forward. Having identified some of the most common reasons for them not doing so; lack of vision, skills, incentive, resources or a plan, I’ve suggested ways of thinking about establishing a vision, and understanding what happens when staff feel they lack the skills to be effective.
