Enforced bedtimes help teens achieve at school - new study

A major national study has shed new light on how parents can help their teenage children get a good night’s sleep.

The researchers are now seeking 30 participants for a new study in Adelaide, where their sleep will be recorded overnight to explore the impact of electronic devices and other factors.
