Charges ‘could still be laid’ in relation to Hillcrest tragedy
A court has been told that charges could still be laid over a primary school jumping castle tragedy in Tasmania that killed six children and seriously injured others during end-of-year celebrations.
WorkSafe Tasmania’s lawyer, Michael O’Farrell SC, said releasing documents, including an engineer’s report, and the statements of three TaZorb employees, could compromise potential prosecutions and further investigations.
