How do schools and teachers 'teach' leadership skills? Is it even possible? How do teachers move beyond catering to the perceived 'student leaders' by giving them a badge to wear and designated role to do? How can all students have the chance to build on their skills? How can you weave leadership, creativity, entrepreneurship and innovation into the curriculum and into a classroom setting?
