Many people will celebrate the new year by making a new year’s resolution. The most popular, according to worldwide polls, is ‘I resolve to lose weight and get fit’. Given the latest statistics indicate that one in four children in Australia are classified as being overweight or obese, attention is now being turned to schools to teach and role model healthy eating habits.
