$2.5 million boost to spread the science of reading across schools

The push to overhaul the way children are taught to read in Victoria has received a significant financial boost, with a $2.5 million donation to La Trobe University set to have a significant impact in sharing evidence-aligned practice across the state.

Two specialist clinics will now offer assessment and intervention services to school students struggling with reading or writing.
