**About the Role:**

We are looking for a dynamic and inspiring Year 6 Teacher to join our team in Nelson. This position includes a Teaching and Learning Responsibility (TLR) for leading either Maths or English, providing an excellent opportunity for an experienced educator to influence and improve teaching practices within our school.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in Year 6.

- Lead the development and implementation of the Maths or English curriculum.

- Monitor and assess student progress, providing targeted support where needed.

- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance learning outcomes.

- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

**Qualifications:**

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

- Proven experience teaching in Key Stage 2, particularly Year 6.

- Strong subject knowledge in either Maths or English, with leadership experience preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
