Veritas Recruitment is delighted to be working with a warm and welcoming primary school in Rishton, looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join their vibrant and supportive teaching team.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the Year 4 curriculum.
  • Create a stimulating and engaging classroom environment that supports children's learning.
  • Assess and track students' progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
  • Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and carers to ensure every child's educational needs are met.
  • Promote the school's values of respect, resilience, and responsibility.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to enhance your teaching skills.

    • The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience teaching within Key Stage 2, ideally Year 4.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate pupils.
  • A passion for teaching and a commitment to providing the best educational experience for children.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A positive attitude and a flexible approach to teaching.
