Role Overview:

As a Year 4 Teacher you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons in accordance with the national curriculum. You will play a key role in shaping the educational experiences of our Year 4 students, ensuring they develop academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver creative and engaging lessons that meet the needs of all students.
  • Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support student development and well-being.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to the school's development plans.

    • Key Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to school improvement initiatives.
