Veritas Education is working with a welcoming primary school in Clitheroe to recruit an enthusiastic and committed Year 3 Class Teacher for a full-time temporary position until December 2026.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate teacher to deliver engaging, inclusive and purposeful learning while building positive relationships with pupils.

The Role

  • Plan and deliver engaging KS2 lessons
  • Deliver and develop the KS2 curriculum
  • Set high expectations for behaviour and achievement
  • Adapt teaching to meet individual needs, including SEND
  • Create a positive and engaging classroom environment
  • Work closely with pupils, parents and colleagues
  • Support pupils' academic and personal development

    • We're Looking For

  • Experience teaching Year 3 or across KS2
  • QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • An enthusiastic, organised and committed approach
  • High expectations of all pupils
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team

    • ECTs with relevant KS2 experience are welcome to apply.
