About the Role:An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join a vibrant and supportive primary school in Accrington. We are looking for an enthusiastic teacher who is committed to providing an outstanding education to children and helping them achieve their full potential.

As a Year 3 Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that promote learning and development. You will also support the emotional and social growth of your students, building strong relationships with both pupils and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality, creative lessons in line with the national curriculum.
  • Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all students, including those with additional needs.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Assess and monitor student progress and provide feedback to pupils and parents.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and effective teaching environment.
  • Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management.

    • About You:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of the Year 3 curriculum.
  • Passionate about supporting children's learning and development.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and able to work as part of a team.
  • Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are welcome to apply!
