The Role:We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join our enthusiastic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging lessons that inspire and challenge our students. You will play a key role in their development, helping them achieve their full potential both academically and personally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver creative and effective lessons in line with the national curriculum for Year 3.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their learning.
  • Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for learning.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support student development.
  • Contribute to the wider school community through participation in school events and extracurricular activities.
  • About You:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching in KS2, ideally Year 3.
  • Strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks.
  • Excellent classroom management skills with the ability to create a positive learning environment.
  • Passionate about teaching and committed to the progress of every child.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with students, staff, and parents.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to school life.
